Come establish yourself in a mindfulness meditation practice. This monthly workshop will focus on allowing space for you to experience and explore meditation practices. You will become more equanimous (emotionally stable) and less reactive as you meditate. This means you will be more able to navigate your world without the “emotional roller coaster ride” we are taken on when we over identify with life's ups and downs. Mindfulness meditation is also good for reducing blood pressure as well as enhancing immune response.
