Join Dr. Shana Blackman, Physical Therapist and owner of MyPT located at Tosa Yoga Center for a workshop learning about general (and some specific) movement patterns for a back health.
In this workshop we will learn:
• common improper movement patterns that we fall into over time that can cause back problems
• how to adjust and work toward proper movement patterns to support a healthy back
• how a healthy back affects the rest of our body and how weakness or tightness in other areas of our body can affect our backs.
