Join Megan for a 90-minute class on New Year’s Eve that combines slow flow yoga (yang energy) and still seated postures (yin energy), helping to bring balance to our bodies & minds as we close out this year and welcome another. The class will be 45 minutes of slow flowing yoga posture, 30 minutes of seated still postures, and a long Savasana. Beginners welcome!
