Are you looking to maintain or enhance your mobility, work to prevent injuries and just feel better physically? This workshop is designed for participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds. You’ll learn a handful of common Physical Therapy exercises that can be easily integrated into your daily life, and how to perform them appropriately for your body.
You’ll learn techniques to strengthen key muscle groups and improve mobility that almost all of us can use. Dr. Blackman will guide you through each exercise, explaining its benefits and modifications to suit your individual needs.
